Opening Times and Special Events
Open every Weekend, School & Bank Holiday from 3rd/4th February 2024 to 26th/27th October.
We are open from 11.30 am until 5.00 pm, last entry 4.00 pm..
Trains run on every open day, fares are £15.00 adult, £7.50 child, under 3 y.o.free, the fare includes free parking and access to the Museum and lineside walk.
TIMETABLE
Trains run on each advertised open day. The first departure from Mangapps Station is at 12.15 (13.15 in December),then every hour until 16.15 (more frequently on busy days.) Journey time to Old Heath is 10 minutes.
Passengers may also join trains at Old Heath, accessing the station via the adjacent public footpath.
Valid tickets, which may be obtained by telephone (01621 784898), are required by passengers boarding at Old Heath.
Please note that trains run on all open days!
A vintage diesel train is used on passenger services on non steam days.
